- Shun Aonuma: Shun is a childhood friend of Satoru. After the first timeskip, he becomes his boyfriend, but while he constantly shows his affection for his significant other - for example by giving him matching necklaces as a gift - Shun hardly expresses his own, rather acting coldly when Satoru acts affectionate towards him. Eventually, Shun ends the relationship, stating that there is no sense in them pretending to be lovers any longer and that he wants to be by himself for a while, leaving Satoru heartbroken.[1]
